Lead Generation Specialist (Product/Services Sales)

Job Summary:
Lead generation specialists in Creative Chaos are responsible for generating new business leads that will eventually become clients or customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying potential client's needs and recommending appropriate products or services
Research, track, maintain and update leads
Maintaining contact with leads and prospects through email, phone calls, mailings, and other methods of communication
Providing information about company products and services to potential clients
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that clients receive high-quality service from start to finish
Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth in specific industries
Listening to customer needs and responding with relevant solutions to meet those needs
Identifying new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and contacting them to set up appointments with sales representatives
Identifying potential client's needs and recommending appropriate products or services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Atleast 5-8 years of sales experience with offshore clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to establish a strong business relationship with leads/members.
