Lead Generation Specialist (Product/Services Sales)

Job Summary:

Lead generation specialists in Creative Chaos are responsible for generating new business leads that will eventually become clients or customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential client's needs and recommending appropriate products or services

  • Research, track, maintain and update leads

  • Maintaining contact with leads and prospects through email, phone calls, mailings, and other methods of communication

  • Providing information about company products and services to potential clients

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that clients receive high-quality service from start to finish

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth in specific industries

  • Listening to customer needs and responding with relevant solutions to meet those needs

  • Identifying new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and contacting them to set up appointments with sales representatives

  • Identifying potential client's needs and recommending appropriate products or services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

  • Atleast 5-8 years of sales experience with offshore clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to establish a strong business relationship with leads/members.
