About the role
The Strategic Channel Partnership Team is responsible for exploring new revenue and product opportunities for DailyPay through Workday and ADP specifically. The main focus of the team is to generate leads for our sales teams across all segments and develop opportunities to monetize our product and services.
As a Senior Manager of Channel Partnerships, you will build internal business cases and work with key leaders in Sales and Marketing to move initiatives forward. You will consult with Product to identify key extensions and integrations that accelerate DailyPay’s business. Post-contract execution, you’ll ensure that DailyPay sales teams form deep relationships with each partner. You’ll collaborate on partnership strategy, drive demand generation, and ensure alignment across teams.
This position will include travel as necessary to manage the business.
How you will make an impact
Execute strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management for Workday and ADP
Co-develop initiatives with partners including sales training, joint press campaigns, case studies, webinars, etc.
Analyze and review GTM success, including financial analysis, and lead QBR sessions
Build relationships with key sales, marketing, and account management leaders
Lead strategic enablement and sales initiatives with partners and internal sales leadership
Represent DailyPay at trade conferences, partner conferences, and sales kick-offs (SKOs)
What you bring to the team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of sales methodologies and techniques for selling complex and compliant solutions
Experience implementing and managing strategic growth plans and strategies
Outstanding organizational and people skills
Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse personalities and maintain strong relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
Nice to have
ADP or Workday executive relationships
Knowledge of HCM/payroll
Knowledge of the benefit broker market
