Revenue Enablement Manager

Requirements
Dealfront is seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Specialist to further support our revenue team with training and processes. We are looking for someone who is passionate about advising, training and instructing sales and CSM teams on how to perform better.
You will be joining the revenue team to become a trusted advisor and coach, and be the primary point of contact of every sales person when it comes to onboarding, objections management, battle cards, pitch, industry/persona/use case approach.
Responsibilities
Creating learning management tracks for SDRs, AEs, CSMs and AMs
Maintain and improve our onboarding paths with one goal: make the ramp-up faster and more efficient
Maintain and improve our sales knowledge database (battle cards, pitch decks, cheat sheets, etc.)
Share and adapt this knowledge to different regions
Collaborate with managers to structure their KPIs, training sessions and pin-point them in the right direction when it comes to enablement by participating in sales calls, roleplays and shadow them on a weekly basis
Collaborate with Product, Legal, Marketing, Customer Services, Rev Ops and Growth to be their liaison agent when it comes to enable the revenue team on tools and processes
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a sales enablement role
5+ years of experience in delivering sales collaterals
Experience working with tech start-ups/scale-ups
Experience working in a remote first environment
Experience in Competitive intelligence to constantly enrich/update our battle cards portfolio
You are passionate about instructional design and demonstrated strong experience in creating engaging Elearning modules (Docebo, Moodle, Skilljar…)
Experience using Sales Enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, Mindtickle)
Track record of successful onboarding and coaching sales team of 50+
Track record of collaborating with other GTM functions (E.G Marketing)
You have a strong experience with Salesforce and other sales tools (E.G Salesloft)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Be physically located within Europe
You are very rigorous and clear in any document that you produce for the team
Fluent in English
