About the Role

As an Associate at Deepsense, you will join a dynamic, fast-growing startup where you'll work closely with our founding team of scientists, operators, and investors. Deepsense, founded in 2023, offers ample growth opportunities, and you will play a key role in shaping and expanding the company. Reporting directly to our Operations Lead, you’ll directly collaborate with advisors and clients and take ownership to deliver impactful projects.

Location: Remote or Berlin, Germany

Capacity: Full-time

Tasks

• Support the development of project proposals and manage the delivery of live customer projects

• Produce client-facing outputs such as reports and presentations

• Source and engage with advisors via our internal database and external resources

• Manage end-to-end client-to-advisor interactions, including communication and scheduling

• Conduct thorough market research on diverse deep tech topics

• Develop and execute effective growth, outreach, and customer engagement strategies

• Represent Deepsense in field sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a preference for Master's candidates

• Client-first mindset and the ability to multitask across parallel workstreams

• Quick learner with the ability to work independently and take ownership

• Keen interest across science-tech topics

• Fluent in verbal and written English

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
