
Project Manager (for the period of maternity leave)

The rapidly growing team includes over 700+ highly skilled technical and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications in offices around the world: Zhytomyr (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Poznan (Poland), New Delhi (India), Bridgewater (USA).
We are looking for a temporary Project Manager for 3 months to manage projects during the maternity leave of the main PM.
Responsibilities:
Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other practices and ceremonies related to Scrum and Kanban.
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
Update tracking systems in Agile to ensure product and backlog transparency.
Recommend improvements and promote the development of practices.
Manage overall project risks.
Ensure project delivery on time and in accordance with defined results.
Constantly monitor and communicate project progress to all stakeholders.
Be responsible for performance evaluation and goal setting process for the team.
Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant experience in project management
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project
Experience in setting up processes within a Scrum team
English level above average
Analytical thinking
Monitoring and evaluating performance
Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
