Business Systems Analyst

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering business requirements and translating them into comprehensive technical specifications;

  • Structuring and documenting requirements in a structured and organized manner;

  • Conducting thorough analyses and research on the current processes and systems;

  • Assisting in maintaining the engineering backlog;

  • Collaborating with all levels of the organization and interacting with various engineering roles to comprehend business processes and propel the project forward.

Job requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluent and articulated English, both spoken and written;

  • Experience in business analyses and product management;

  • Strong analytical skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;

  • Fluent and articulated Spanish, both spoken and written;

  • Experience working with international, cross-functional, and remote teams;

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
