User Experience Designer

As our Didimo UX Designer you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are easy to use, discoverable and high quality, especially focused on Popul8 and defining a clear user journey.  This includes creating designs for key Product features, clearly articulating these and liaising closely with the Technical Departments and other stakeholders to ensure the Product design is well specified and understood.

Experiences:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer / UI Designer, including a Portfolio of projects and products.

• Proficient in design software (i.e. Figma, UXPin, etc.).

• Problem solving aptitude.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Imagine what it’s like for a User to utilize the Popul8 Product.

• Create concepts, usability testing and gather feedback.

• Create personas that accurately represent users and clients.

• Develop wireframes and prototypes around our clients needs.

• Communicate design ideas and prototypes with the tech team, and other stakeholders.

• Identify risks and work with key stakeholders to ensure critical and high risk items are prevented.

• Define and run timely validation of designs to ensure deliverables meet the technical and quality requirements set.

• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of existing product features.

• Be proactive, get help and ask questions where needed - don’t assume.

Skills:

• Ability to craft a narrative around the choices made with the proposed designs.

• Experience in Unity and Unreal engines is a plus

• Experience working with 3D software and tools.

• Knowledge of concepts and terminology related to 3D Characters, Video Games, Films and similar areas.

• Experience working in Agile teams, following methodologies like Scrum.

Educational Requirement:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (or related field)
