Network Development Representative

THE ROLE

The Network Development Rep (NDR) will be a key member on doxo's B2B sales team. The NDR role reaches out to billers and service providers that are already receiving check payments from doxo users and positions additional doxo products and services to the biller.  As part of the sales team, we play the role of consumer acquisition accelerator.

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive outbound calling to communicate doxo’s business model to billers.

  • Professional, personalized responses via phone and email to inbound inquiries about doxo.

  • Responding to objections, competitive questions, and other FAQs.

  • Managing Contacts, Activities, and an Opportunity pipeline using Salesforce.com.

  • Helping to develop B2B marketing strategies that would assist in expanding the doxo biller network.

  • Attainment of assigned MBO and revenue targets. 

Desired Experience/Attributes:

  • Previous work experience in a sales, customer service or customer support related field.

  • Enjoys customer engagement, both inbound and outbound.

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or another CRM) is a plus.

  • A mindset of continuous improvement.

  • Able to convey information in a professional, friendly and concise manner.

  • Work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proven ability to accomplish objectives and work proactively.

  • Capacity for learning quickly in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

The annual base salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000. This is a commission eligible role.  We understand that onboarding and ramping up at a new company in a sales role takes time.  We expect a ramped NDR at doxo to have an OTE of $75,000+.  Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Stock Options are also part of the compensation package for full time roles.
