Account Manager (Myanmar)

What we’re looking for: Account Manager

As our Full-Time Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront in our client relationships. This role isn't just about managing communications; it's about owning them. You'll be the guiding force, ensuring our clients' journeys are seamless.

Your Mission:

  • Lead and inspire a team, managing 5-7 high-value eCommerce clients.

  • Develop and execute innovative email marketing strategies using Klaviyo, setting new benchmarks for client success

  • Collaborate with a talented team of Copywriters and Designers to create impactful campaigns.

  • Ensure excellent client communication to drive satisfaction and ROI, while also generating ideas and creating brief overviews for client flows.

  • Conduct quality checks for designs to ensure they meet standards, including reviewing product titles and ensuring consistency.

Requirements

We Need You to Have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in client-facing/customer service and project/team manager roles, demonstrating your marketing flair.

  • Availability Mon-Fri between 7am to 3pm UK time. May require occasional calls with client until 7pm UK time once per week.

  • Fluent English skills and previous remote work experience.

  • Familiarity with Trello, Slack, and G-Suite. Experience using Klaviyo is a plus!

  • A results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Quick learning and adaptability skills.

  • A laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and a professional workspace.
