Customer Success Associate

Role Summary: 

You'll start and finish your day working with customers to understand what they need to be successful and internally managing securing the time and resources needed for your customers to be successful. As a Customer Success Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are keen to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team's success.

Very importantly, we see it as a jumping off point for advancement elsewhere in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and empathetic help to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).

  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions or guidance.

  • Collaborate with team members across different departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Learn and adapt to new product features or changes to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and strategies.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and support company values within the team and with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or equivalent level college degree required.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • A self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.

  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing customer needs.

  • Experience working with diverse teams and collaborating effectively.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with healthcare billing operations, or medical practice operations.

  • Familiarity with technology tools and interest in technical languages a huge plus.

$55,000 - $70,000 a year
