Strategic Account Manager

What You’ll Do: 

The Strategic Account Manager will be a key member of the company’s client facing strategy. Our Account Management team is the hub to our clients and do regular health checks and account reviews with them to ensure all expectations are being met, and they continually consult with our clients to make sure they are best utilizing all of our services and offerings.

You will build and maintain broad relationships and oversee a portfolio of customers, develop and manage opportunities, and collaborate with a large team of extended resources and require a strong understanding of our products and services.

This position requires a strong working knowledge of Customer Success and a Client 1st mentality, ensuring the client is always taken care of. Must have the ability to travel to client sites as needed (approximately 10%). You will report directly to the Director of Account Management.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities also include: 

  • Conducting regularly scheduled calls, and presentations to review business performance, including training and education

  • Experience increasing services or technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies

  • Using customer feedback to monitor the status of service levels, identifies problems and revenue growth potential within the client base

  • Effectively interacting with internal departments to support the customer base

  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities

  • Responsible for Account Management cross-sell Quota

What You'll Bring

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of working in Customer experience

  • Client 1st mentality

  • Hero mentality – I am here for the client

  • Record of Maintaining Clients and reducing Churn

  • Sales Engineering, Account Management or Business Development experience is a must

  • Great Team Player

Nice to Haves: 

  • 10+ years of working in Customer experience

  • “Outside-the-Box” thinker and someone who can “Pivot”

  • Demonstrates leadership qualities that influence peers to work collaboratively, automate manual processes, and use the systems available to their fullest potential
