We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cruise & Resort Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking unforgettable cruise vacations and luxury resort stays. You’ll help match travelers to the perfect destinations, accommodations, and activities while managing all trip details to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, timelines, and budgets

• Research and recommend cruise lines, resort properties, excursions, and amenities

• Coordinate and book reservations for cruises, resorts, and related travel services

• Provide timely updates and confirmation details to clients

• Maintain accurate booking records and manage travel documents

• Stay informed about current cruise itineraries, resort packages, and seasonal promotions

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
