The Position:
As a Customer Operations Intern, you will help conduct research from both Customer Support & Customer Success, identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of the Customer Operations team. You will work closely with our Customer Operations teams and gain hands-on training within one of the highest performing customer-facing teams. This internship is a temporary hourly paid position.
In this role, you will:
Research and analyze Customer Support case data for trends
Identify opportunities regarding process or growth based on research findings
Participate in business development team meetings and events as part of the team
Complete ad-hoc projects as needed
Begin to develop the skills necessary to start a career in Customer Operations and/or Analytics
To excel in this role, you should:
Be proficient in Excel with strong data analytical skills, including the ability to organize and analyze data sets, identify insights, and utilize data visualization to convey conclusions
Have a strong work ethic with an interest in pursuing a career in Customer Operations and/or Analytics
Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team
Be organized and methodical
Be coachable and able to acknowledge, digest and adapt to feedback
Nice to have: familiarity with Data Management and CRM (e.g. Salesforce or Gainsight)

The base pay range below represents a good faith estimate of the low and high end base pay range for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document). In addition, FastSpring provides a variety of benefits to employees.

$18—$20 USD
