💥 The Role: Remote Sales Associate

🤑 $1000–$1500/month (Base + Bonus)
🗓 Full-Time | EST Hours (8AM–5PM PST)

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Closing inbound leads who already want what we offer (easy wins if you’re good!)

  • Following up with unclosed leads via phone, text, and email (the fortune’s in the follow-up, baby)

  • Upselling recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly – $$)

  • Logging everything in the CRM and tracking your KPIs like a boss

  • Light admin stuff related to sales (tagging, notes, etc.)

  • Handling complaints, resolving issues, and calling post-cleaning to check in

  • Occasionally helping with outbound calls and even recruiting when needed

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 🗣 Fluent English speaker with a neutral or native-sounding accent

  • 💼 Proven experience in sales or closing (bonus if you’ve sold services/home services)

  • 🎯 You’re confident, persuasive, and objection-handling is your jam

  • 📈 You understand the sales process from first touch to close

  • 🧠 Tech-savvy – CRM, online booking tools, and tracking KPIs are second nature

You’ll work hand-in-hand with two awesome VAs:

👩‍💻 VA #1: She handles job assignments and scheduling — she’s the one making sure our cleaners know where to be and when. She’s super organized and always one step ahead.

📱 VA #2: Our social media and operations ninja — she’s behind the scenes keeping our online presence fresh and handling a variety of admin tasks to keep the business running smoothly.

Together, you’ll tag-team daily operations, share info, support one another, and make sure everything from booking to follow-up runs like a well-oiled machine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be doing cold calling?
This role is mostly inbound sales and follow-ups, but you may be asked to do light outbound calls (like calling back unclosed leads or reaching out to local businesses for partnerships). If you're afraid of the phone — this isn’t the job for you.
What equipment do I need?
A strong, stable internet connection, a clear headset/mic, and a quiet place to work.
Is this a temporary or long-term job?
This is a long-term position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not someone who’s job-hopping or just filling time between freelance gigs.
Is there a trial or test period? About how long?
Yes, there will be a 3 month test period. All paid of course!
Do I need to use a script?
Yes… and no. We’ll give you a strong foundation to start with, but we love salespeople who can think on their feet and sound natural while staying on-brand.
Do I need to have sales experience?
Yes. This is not a “learn-as-you-go” role. We’re looking for someone who’s already closed deals (especially in service-based industries) and knows how to follow up, build rapport, and handle objections like a pro.
Do I need to be located in the U.S.?
Nope! This is a remote position and we welcome applicants from anywhere — as long as your English is fluent, your accent is neutral/natural, and you can work during U.S. business hours (EST).
Are there set hours I need to be working during the day?
This is a full-time position. You'll be expected to work Monday to Friday, ideally between 8AM–5PM EST. We need someone fully committed — no side hustles or part-time gigs distracting you.
