Technical Support Specialist

At FlyingWeb, we are seeking a WordPress Technical Support Specialist to specialize in our speed optimization solutions, FlyingPress and FlyingCDN.

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support for FlyingPress & FlyingCDN users through various channels.

• Troubleshoot performance issues, identifying root causes and solutions.

• Collaborate with the development team on bug reporting and feature suggestions.

• Develop and maintain support documentation and tutorials.

• Engage with the WordPress community, sharing insights and support.

Requirements:

• Experience with WordPress support or development.

• Knowledge of web performance optimization for WordPress.

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).

• Familiarity with common WordPress plugins and themes.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with debugging tools and understanding of web hosting environments.

• Familiarity with CDN and DNS.
