What You'll Do:
CV Screening: Review resumes and identify top candidates to move forward in the recruitment process.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Assistance: Support our colleagues with HR-related inquiries and provide necessary information or guidance.
Build Relationships: Assist in partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and support recruitment efforts.
Innovative Sourcing: Use job boards and social media to source potential candidates.
Candidate Experience: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and transparent recruitment journey.
Support Recruitment Activities: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing recruitment databases.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to achieve shared goals.
Efficient Delivery: Assist in meeting recruitment targets quickly and effectively.
Job requirements
What We Need:
Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience screening resumes and conducting initial interviews is required.
Sourcing Skills: Basic understanding of using social media and job boards for sourcing candidates.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Relationship Building: Ability to connect with hiring managers and candidates.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Team Player: Comfortable working in a competitive and dynamic environment.
Policy Knowledge: A basic understanding of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
Results-Oriented: Ability to deliver accurate and timely results.

Compensation:
Salary: €500- €600+ bonus, after taxes (depending on your skills and experience).
