Back Office Representative (Afternoon Shift) - Serbia

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Back Office Representative in Serbia (remote).

Reporting to: Head of the department

Please note that this position is for candidates located in Serbia

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding of clients which includes reviewing their KYC documents and updating client's data

  • Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and other supported communication channels of the company

  • Assisting other departments with Back-office requests

Candidate profile:

  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous but not essential

  • A team player with excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in verbal and written English (Additional languages are an advantage)

  • Ability to work in the afternoon shift
