Job Summary:

We’re looking for a creative and fast-moving Motion Designer & SMM Specialist (AI-Powered Content) to help us dominate crypto social media. You’ll be creating high-volume, trend-savvy content daily using AI tools—think memes, motion graphics, reels, and more. If you’re a designer with a sharp eye for viral moments, a solid grip on social platforms, and know how to move fast without losing quality, we’d love to have you on board.

Requirements

• Strong design and motion skills using tools like After Effects, Photoshop, or similar.

• Proven ability to create high-volume content daily (100+ pieces), including images, memes, GIFs, and short videos.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Canva AI) to speed up content creation.

• Ability to design for multiple platforms — Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, and TikTok — including reels, carousels, stories, and motion graphics.

• Deep understanding of internet and crypto trends, meme culture, and viral formats.

• A keen eye for style and consistency — able to follow and maintain brand guidelines.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily delivery expectations.

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and how content drives engagement.

• Self-starter, highly creative, and dependable with strong time management.

• Bonus: Prior experience in crypto or Web3 content creation.

• Bonus: Familiarity with scheduling tools and light community or posting support.
