The Role

Please note: This isn't a general graphic design role. It blends creative direction and execution: you look at a new product and instantly see the vision — moodboard, look, feel — then bring it to life through AI-generated video and image creative, at a premium, editorial standard. 

You'll set the creative direction, not just execute someone else's brief:

  • Define the visual direction and moodboards for new product launches across sales and marketing channels

  • Produce the creative yourself, using AI video (Higgsfield or equivalent) and product photography blended with AI image generation, with genuine brand sensibility – not just tool proficiency

  • Guide our graphic designer on execution, reviewing their work to hold the premium bar

  • Work inside a structured brief → generation → QA → live-ad pipeline

  • Report to our Creative Ops Manager, with our Creative Director reviewing direction and setting the final quality bar

One clarification upfront: you'll drive creative vision day to day – final sign-off sits with our Creative Director. This is a high-ownership, hands-on contributor role – not a people-management title.

Requirements

Must have:

  • AI video generation (Higgsfield or equivalent), used with real creative judgment – you're actively experimenting and staying current in AI + creative tools, not just running defaults

  • AI image generation with brand sensibility – can work from direction and hold visual consistency across a product line

  • Static creative capability – you know how content specs and placement requirements work, and you’re comfortable with moving across platforms as the brand expands

  • A portfolio showing creative direction you've actually driven – moodboards, concepts, premium/editorial finished work. Genuine passion for style, fashion, interiors, or high-end lifestyle – not just the ability to mimic it. Come ready to walk us through specific examples.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – comfortable balancing speed with premium-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Amazon or DTC brand creative specifically

  • Comfortable using references and prompts to develop examples and visual concepts

  • Comfortable in Figma; Photoshop and Premiere for finishing and compositing

The Opportunity

This is a high-leverage seat. You'd be one of two designers building a creative department close to scratch, on a brand that's already proven it can scale. Your work will directly influence how our products show up, convert, and scale across e-commerce channels - giving you a rare opportunity to see the commercial impact of your creative decisions fast.
