Senior Financial Analyst/Financial Analyst/Treasury

Finance -- Full Time

CIS/Turkey/Europe/Dubai (Remote)

Financial Controller/Head of Finance

Job Summary:

FreedX is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst/Treasury to support our financial operations and provide valuable insights for decision-making. This role will be crucial in managing financial analysis, treasury operations, and supporting the overall financial strategy of our cryptocurrency exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

Day 1 (Launch Phase):

·       Implement treasury management systems and processes

·       Develop initial financial models and forecasts

·       Set up reporting templates for group-level financial analysis

·       Establish processes for cash flow management and liquidity monitoring

On-going:

·       Conduct financial modeling and analysis for various projects and initiatives

·       Analyze business performance and prepare comprehensive financial reports

·       Support budgeting and forecasting processes

·       Assist in designing token economics and financial structures

·       Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

·       Manage group-level reporting, consolidating reports from the Senior Accountant

·       Identify financial trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas of concern

·       Support marketing initiatives with ROI analysis and financial projections

·       Monitor and manage cash flow across multiple currencies (fiat and crypto)

·       Assist in treasury operations, including liquidity management and fund transfers

·       Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support

·       Stay informed about cryptocurrency market trends and their potential financial impacts

·       Assist in the preparation of investor reports and presentations

·       Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

·       Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial analysis or treasury roles, preferably with experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus

• Skills:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)

• Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology

• Knowledge of treasury management principles and practices

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
