Job Description

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing shipments day-to-day and making sure every single one goes smoothly from pickup through delivery.

This role goes well beyond customer support. You’ll coordinate with carriers and customers, handle anything that comes up during transit, and solve the kinds of problems that require deep freight knowledge. Your goal is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and that our customers have a seamless shipping experience.

Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine curiosity about how freight works will set you up for success. Prior freight experience is a plus, but if you don’t have it, we’ll give you the best training in the business to build that expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shipments end-to-end, ensuring smooth pickup, transit, and delivery

  • Coordinate with carrier partners to resolve issues and keep shipments on track

  • Support customers via phone, live chat, and email, providing timely and accurate answers

  • Proactively identify and solve problems before they impact the customer

  • Build deep knowledge of freight operations to handle increasingly complex situations

Desired Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Self-motivated and organized

  • Demonstrated patience and confidence when dealing with challenging situations

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software

Optional

  • Freight/logistics experience is strongly preferred

  • Background in customer support or operations roles
