Client Operations Coordinator

About Us

The business owner is a creative, entrepreneurial lawyer. He started a law firm, which grew. As that firm grew, he created an online course business to sell courses that satisfy legal requirements. We now have a registered agent business, Start in Wyoming, to help international entrepreneurs and digital nomads create and operate Wyoming LLCs that satisfy US banking requirements. We work with an international client base and run a lean, fully remote team.

About the Role

We're hiring a detail-oriented Client Operations Coordinator to help keep client engagements running smoothly — coordinating meetings, supporting clients through the process, handling documents and records, and keeping our systems organized. You'll work closely with firm leadership and be a steady, professional point of contact for clients throughout their engagement.

This is a contract (1099-equivalent) engagement paid via Gusto. Fully remote in Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings across multiple international time zones

  • Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for client communications

  • Prepare, process, and track client documents and related follow-ups accurately and on time

  • Keep internal records, files, and our CRM organized and up to date

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the team and escalate items as appropriate

Who you are

  • 2+ years in client operations, executive/administrative support, customer success, or a comparable coordination role

  • Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable as a professional, client-facing voice

  • Strong working-hours overlap with U.S. Mountain Time, with flexibility to support clients in other regions

  • Highly organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Comfortable learning and working across common business software (CRM, video conferencing, and cloud document tools)

  • Ability to work independently in a remote team

  • Discretion and sound judgment handling confidential client and financial information

  • Familiarity with U.S. business formation or registered-agent services

  • Plus if you have experience supporting a law firm or CPA

Work Environment & Benefits

  • Fully remote,  contract position

  • Monday–Friday, primarily working U.S. Mountain Time

  • Salary - $1,500-$2,000/month USD
