Inside sales coordinator

Freshy, a leading NY & DC based WordPress web design and development agency, is looking to hire a remote full-time Inside Sales Coordinator.

Roles and responsibilities

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in sales, client-facing communication, and the digital agency / website design agency industry, and be highly motivated to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Execute ongoing sales activities and manage client relationships to achieve sales targets
Ensure effective and consistent communication with clients through various channels (calls, video calls, emails, etc.)
Scope, price, and manage sales proposals to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client needs
Maintain high standards of sales performance by ensuring that all deals are executed with excellence and that what we sell is driving positive customer experiences
Foster and grow strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through personalized attention and professional service
Assist and provide creative problem-solving support to other sales team members and the company as a whole
Track and report key metrics to the Sales Team Lead such as, but not limited to: meetings booked, proposals sent, conversion rate, MRR growth, forecasting future sales performance, etc.

Requirements

3+ years of digital, website, or similar sales or account management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills & detail-oriented
Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service/support experience a plus
Understanding of and experience with WordPress, web design/dev, DNS, light HTML & CSS preferred
SEO and other digital marketing knowledge a plus
