Senior Manager, Total Rewards & HRIS

This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.

As our Senior Manager, Total Rewards and HRIS, you’ll lead a small team responsible for compensation and HR operations. You’ll own FullStory’s broad-based compensation and benefits strategies, and you will partner with HRBPs, managers, and recruiters to drive compensation decisions in the day-to-day. You keep up with market trends to ensure FullStory provides a compelling slate of offerings, while also ensuring a positive, and seamless experience for employees navigating our HRIS, benefits administration, and operations.

This role reports to the Head of People Operations, though you will also support executive compensation and equity programs in partnership with our Chief People Officer.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Prepare materials for our Talent & Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors.

  • Advocate for an additional benefits offering, leveraging market research and assessing ROI.

  • Run biannual compensation cycles.

  • Coach team members on technical topics such as how to best structure a compensation planner and how to triage incoming HR tickets.

  • Train the Recruiting team on job levels, compensation bands and how to use our new hire equity calculator.

  • Lead sessions with managers on how to share compensation updates with direct reports.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Experience leading compensation for a 300+ person Software company, including cash compensation, equity, bonus structures, job evaluation, and market assessment

  • Experience with spreadsheet modeling and analytical abilities (e.g., synthesize data, develop insights)

  • Experience implementing new benefits offerings and plan designs for US companies

  • 1+ years of management experience (at least 1-2 people)

  • Willingness to work CST or EST business hours
