Senior Graphic Designer, Social Channels – Function Health

What You’ll Do
Social-First Graphic Design & Execution
Design and execute high-performance social media content for both organic and paid channels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Create compelling, conversion-driven paid ad creatives that perform inside funnels and drive action.
Develop engaging, community-building organic content that connects with Function’s audience.
Tailor content to each platform, ensuring the right visuals are used for the right space.
Own the design process from concept to final execution, delivering high-impact creative at speed.
Performance-Driven Design Optimization
Analyze data and performance trends to understand what works and why.
Test, iterate, and refine creative strategies based on engagement and conversion insights.
Stay ahead of social platform algorithm changes and adjust creative approaches accordingly.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals.
Collaborate with copywriters to create seamless, high-impact content that tells a story visually and textually.
Ensure consistency in brand storytelling while adapting to different social formats and trends.
Innovation & Trend Spotting
Stay ahead of social trends, new formats, and emerging best practices.
Experiment with fresh design approaches, motion graphics, and new ways to drive engagement.
Bring new ideas to the table that push Function’s creative boundaries in social.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on social media content
A deep understanding of how organic and paid social differ—and how to design for both
A strong portfolio that shows compelling, engaging social content across multiple platforms
Experience working in performance-driven marketing environments—understanding funnels, testing, and conversion-focused design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools
Ability to move fast, take feedback, and iterate quickly
A love for AI and emerging digital tools that push creative possibilities
A strong sense of collaboration, humility, and a desire to do great work with great people
