Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (will consider Central Time)

The Role
Our Client is seeking a Social Content Designer to create engaging, platform-native content across paid and organic campaigns. You’ll design static visuals, edit short-form video, and produce simple motion graphics that drive performance on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond.
This is a creative-forward role for someone who understands how content moves on social — and how to make it pop. You'll collaborate closely with account managers, content strategists, and creative leads to translate brand goals into scroll-stopping visual assets.
Responsibilities
Design static and motion graphics for social platforms
Edit short-form videos for reels, stories, and paid ads (typically under 2 minutes)
Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual content
Collaborate with internal teams to align on brand strategy and execution
Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and platform-specific best practices
Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables
Stay current on social media trends, formats, and tools
Participate in brainstorms, internal check-ins, and client calls when needed
Assist with mockups and creative assets for client pitches or proposals
Ensure proper backup and file organization of all final work
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience designing content for social media
Strong portfolio showcasing both static and short-form motion/video work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Skilled in tools like CapCut, Canva, or other mobile-friendly editing platforms
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.)
Experience with project tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar
Solid understanding of the major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter
Familiarity with social management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is a plus
Interest in AI-enhanced efficiencies (e.g. ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Creative thinker who can contribute ideas, not just execute requests
Agency experience preferred
