About The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team across classes, campaigns, and customer engagement. You'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to execute AI classes for lawyers, manage email campaigns in HubSpot, support social media efforts, apply for CLE accreditations, and pitch in across a wide range of marketing initiatives. This is a builder role in a fast-moving startup where no two days look the same.

If you're organized and comfortable rolling up your sleeves across multiple marketing channels, you'll be critical to how we deliver value to customers and drive demand for GC AI.

Why This Role Matters

At GC AI, we’ve achieved jaw-dropping product–market fit and are scaling rapidly, but to keep up that momentum, we need marketing programs that fuel awareness, engagement, and growth. As our Program Marketer, you’ll be the architect of campaigns that connect our story to the market, generate pipeline, and enable our GTM teams to win. This role matters because you’ll translate our category-defining product into programs that reach the right audiences, showcase customer success, and reinforce GC AI as the leader in Legal AI.

What You'll Do

  • Email Marketing: Load, schedule, and send email campaigns in HubSpot; manage segmentation, deliverability, and performance tracking

  • Classes Program: Support execution of our flagship class program including scheduling, logistics, promotion, and follow-up communications

  • CLE Compliance: Manage CLE applications and compliance, working with providers and jurisdictions to secure and maintain approvals; track deadlines, renewals, and reporting requirements

  • LMS Management: Add and update course content in our Learning Management System; ensure class materials are current and accessible

  • Website Content: Assist with website updates including refreshing current content, creating landing pages for events, and publishing announcements

  • Operations: Bring process rigor to how we track, store, and report on marketing activity; maintain clean data hygiene in HubSpot

Impact You'll Have

  • Accelerate growth by executing campaigns and email programs that drive pipeline and expand adoption across new customer segments

  • Enable marketing efficiency by building repeatable processes, templates, and workflows that help the team move faster

  • Fuel sales and customer success with timely, well-executed campaigns and communications that support pipeline generation and customer engagement

  • Drive measurable impact by maintaining high-quality data, tracking program metrics (open rates, click rates, registrations, attendance), and continuously optimizing for performance

  • Build community and advocacy by supporting customer events, classes, and engagement programs that inspire and educate the market

Required Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations or coordination, ideally in legal tech or SaaS in a start-up environment

  • HubSpot experience required - must be comfortable with email building, list management, segmentation, workflows, and reporting

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice To Have

  • Experience in marketing to lawyers and legal professionals (or have a legal background yourself!)

  • Experience with additional marketing tools like Framer, social media management platforms, and LMS systems

  • Passionate about AI and legal innovation

  • Experience with CLE or continuing education compliance

  • Experience working in a startup environment
