We help 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA sellers in scaling their businesses by implementing our proven systems and strategies. Our fully remote team of experts has worked with over 600 brands in the last 3 years and is currently partnered with more than 250 active clients.

We are NOT a 'Done-For-You' agency but rather a consulting firm with a 'Done-With-You' service model. We provide hands-on expertise to help our clients improve profits and revenues while integrating complete systems, processes, and frameworks so they can scale and manage their Amazon brand like top (7 & 8-figure) operators independently, without relying on us in the long term.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, fast-learning, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to think ahead, communicate clearly, and manage many moving parts with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily priorities

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

  • Oversee emails: sorting, organizing, and following up

  • Assist with research, document preparation, and reporting

  • Support workflow improvements and various special projects

  • Stay ahead of the CEO’s needs and keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Experience working in at least one of the following:

    • Digital marketing agency

    • Marketing or consulting company

    • E-commerce brand

    • Amazon-focused company

  • Excellent English communication with a clear, neutral accent

  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and fast to learn

  • Confident communication style and strong problem-solving skills

  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)

  • Able to work efficiently under pressure

Salary Range

USD $900–$1,500 per month (depending on experience and skill level)

Hours: 9am to 6pm Israel time (or 10am to 7pm)
