We develop the mission-critical services that drive our company's operations, covering everything from the gaming platform to data-driven analytics. We operate as a small, highly experienced unit where architectural discussion and R&D are central to our workflow.

The Mission

We are looking for a proactive engineer to help us scale our high-load platform. Your focus will be a mix of stability, performance engineering, and new feature development. If you enjoy working with distributed systems and conducting performance-based R&D, you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Python.

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).

• Experience designing scalable backend systems.

• Good written English (for documentation and communication).

• Native Ukrainian (spoken and written).

Would Be a Plus

• Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience working with high-load or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-load backend services.

• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Take part in architectural decisions and technical discussions.

• Optimize and evolve existing systems and tools.

• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.

• Collaborate closely with the team to define priorities and solutions.

• Write clear technical documentation.
