What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Ensuring project delivery in line with deadlines and business requirements;

  • Planning team activities and workload;

  • Developing and maintaining internal documentation;

  • Gathering and clarifying business and technical requirements;

  • Leading Sport B2B product integrations with clients;

  • Interacting with customers and managing their expectations;

  • Managing a shared team of developers, QA engineers, and a Product Manager. 

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

  • Experience in client communication (outsourcing or B2B IT company preferred);

  • Understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban);

  • Good understanding of SDLC;

  • Ability to manage a few integration projects simultaneously;

  • Understanding of change and expectations management;

  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and GANTT charts;

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;

  • At least Upper Intermediate English level.
