
Marketing Generalist

Position Overview
As a Marketing Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategy. This generalist role requires a creative and organized individual who can seamlessly transition between writing social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and ad campaigns. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure all content aligns with the company's goals and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and write engaging and on-brand social media posts for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
Create compelling and informative blog posts that drive traffic and engagement
Draft newsletters that highlight company updates, product features, and industry insights
Assist in creating and managing ad campaigns across different channels, including Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing
Collaborate with the executive team to ensure all marketing materials meet the required specifications and brand guidelines
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, suggesting improvements where necessary
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a generalist
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms
Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing analytics tools
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
