About the Role

Hardal is your new measurement analytics stack with server-side, first-party, and privacy-focused.

We're looking for a skilled Customer Engineer to lead client success efforts, ensuring satisfaction, solving challenges, and unlocking upsell opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

This role is critical to Hardal’s growth and demands a blend of technical problem-solving, strong client communication, and strategic thinking.

  • Client Success: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes, delivering high satisfaction and retention.

  • Problem-Solving: Address client issues quickly and effectively, collaborating closely with the Product and Sales teams to find solutions.

  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional Hardal products, enhancing their value and driving revenue growth.

  • Support: Act as the first point of contact for technical and account-related inquiries, delivering exceptional service.

  • Growth Contribution: Help shape our client success strategy and play a pivotal role in scaling operations.

Requirements for Success

  • Proven +3 years of experience in customer success, ideally in a SaaS environment

  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, relatable way

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused mindset

  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)

  • Experience in Martech or related industries

  • Familiarity with analytics, tracking systems, or similar tools
