Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Harver, you will play a key role in continuing to build our teams. The recruiting responsibilities will be primarily across the US, UK, and Netherlands. You will be accountable for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and onboard top talent to meet our business needs. You will work closely with hiring managers, people and culture team, and leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, you will manage our onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless and welcoming experience as they transition into their roles.
This is a contract role for a period of 4-6 months. Central and Eastern US time zones only.
In this role you get to:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals in the US, UK, and Netherlands.
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms, job boards, and networks.
Utilize Harver’s state-of-the-art assessment technology as part of the recruitment process
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing through offer negotiation and acceptance.
Create a diverse candidate pipeline and foster an inclusive hiring process.
Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain recruitment metrics and quarterly reporting
Manage the remote new hire onboarding process for all new hires across US, UK, Netherlands and rest of the world as needed
Work closely with IT with to ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience
Lead virtual and/or in-person orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, values, and processes.
Collaborate with HR and managers to track the effectiveness of onboarding and propose improvements as necessary
Assist with various special projects and reports on an ongoing or ad hoc basis
Perform a variety of other tasks as necessary to support the people and culture department and carry out day-to-day responsibilities
We’re looking for people who have:
Required qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Proven experience recruiting across broad functions within a SAAS or Tech based company; such as software engineers, product managers, and data scientists as well as GTM and account management roles
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Naturally curious and willing to learn new things on the job
Experience with using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellence in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership
Passion for creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture
Proficiency in the English language; both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of global hiring laws and regulations (specifically in the US, UK, and Netherlands) is highly preferred.
Understand the local market nuances and regulations in the US, UK, and Netherlands, ensuring recruitment practices align with each country’s legal and cultural expectations.
Adapt sourcing and interview techniques to fit regional differences while ensuring a consistent and inclusive experience.
Experience with internal mobility programs
Experience managing new hire onboarding
