We are looking for a dedicated Reputation Management Specialist to coordinate our online reputation initiatives.

To be successful as a Reputation Management Specialist, you should have excellent communication and strategic thinking skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of online reputation management and community engagement.

🚀 Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage online reputation across various platforms, including Reddit, TrustPilot, and YouTube.

  • Gather and analyze reviews to improve customer perception.

  • Moderate online discussions to ensure a positive brand image.

  • Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility.
    Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve online reputation.

🧩 Your Experience:

  • 2-6 years of experience in Online Reputation Management.

  • Proven track record of managing reviews and moderating discussions.

  • Experience with influencer collaboration and engagement.

  • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret review data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✨ Nice To Have:

  • Experience with reputation management tools and software.

  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
