Product Manager - Conversion Rate Optimization

THE ROLE 

Optimize conversion rate of the checkout process and improve the Payment Authorization Rate, while adapting to the challenges of a multi-country payment environment. Specifically:

  • Optimize the checkout process, focusing on improving the conversion rate of the checkout page.

  • Enhance the Payment Authorization Rate for various payment methods.

  • Navigate the intricacies of a multi-country web environment, ensuring efficient payment processing across various international markets.

  • Lead design and UX changes aimed at improving the conversion rate, making the customer journey more intuitive and engaging.

  • Use data and metrics to inform your strategy and success criteria

  • Test new features yourself in a staging environment.

  • Create Jira tickets (user stories) to be actioned by developers, and answer questions on such tickets to ensure smooth delivery of work for testing

What you need to succeed: 

  • 4+ years in Conversion Rate Optimization.

  • Experienced in Web B2C e-commerce or marketplace

  • Technical background: Strong SQL skills. Other programming knowledge is a plus.

  • A key understanding on A/B testing and experimentation plus UX best practices

  • Knowledge in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).

  • Growth mentality

  • Very strong data analysis capabilities

  • Excellent written and spoken English – all communication is in English
