Graphic Designer (Paid Marketing)

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer (Paid Marketing) with a strong focus on paid marketing channels to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating visually compelling designs for Paid Social Media advertisements and Display ads. They will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through their creative designs across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and conversion-focused advertisements for paid social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create eye-catching display ads for web and mobile platforms to attract and engage our target audience.

  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging strategies.

  • Translate marketing briefs and concepts into compelling visual designs that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.

  • Ensure consistency in branding, design style, and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into our creative strategies.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Iterate and optimize designs based on performance data and feedback from stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate closely with fellow designers to shape and enhance branding guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in graphic design, with a focus on creating assets for paid marketing channels.

  • Extensive portfolio showcasing strong proficiency in creating visually compelling designs for social media ads and display ads.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, particularly in paid social media advertising.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.

  • Experience in video editing, animating ads, including proficiency in After Effects and/or Premiere, is a plus for this role.

  • Experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus, but not required.

Based on experience, compensation for the Graphic Designer is $88,000-$93,000 annual.
