Recruitment Leader

Location: Remote (Preferred: New Jersey area) | Quarterly travel to our NJ office as needed
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 Total Compensation (Base + Performance Bonus)
Schedule: Full-time | Flexibility required for evenings and weekends based on hiring needs

What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Leader, you'll oversee a team of Talent Representatives while actively recruiting and hiring top talent across multiple markets. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 Talent Representatives

• Conduct high-volume interviews and make hiring decisions for multiple markets

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fill positions quickly

• Support recruiting efforts by sourcing and engaging candidates (approximately 10–20% of your role)

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive accountability

• Manage daily recruiting operations and hiring workflows

• Track hiring metrics and ensure recruiting goals are consistently achieved

• Improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas that increase hiring success

• Serve as a hands-on leader who jumps in wherever needed to support the team

What We're Looking For

• Experience in high-volume recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition

• Previous leadership experience as a Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or Team Lead

• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when hiring demands require

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Experience in home improvement, field marketing, sales recruiting, or similar industries is a plus
