
Recruitment Leader
Location: Remote (Preferred: New Jersey area) | Quarterly travel to our NJ office as needed
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 Total Compensation (Base + Performance Bonus)
Schedule: Full-time | Flexibility required for evenings and weekends based on hiring needs

We're looking for a Recruitment Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment and is excited to lead a team while remaining hands-on in the recruiting process. If you're passionate about interviewing, developing people, and driving hiring results, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Recruitment Leader, you'll oversee a team of Talent Representatives while actively recruiting and hiring top talent across multiple markets. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and leading by example.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 Talent Representatives
Conduct high-volume interviews and make hiring decisions for multiple markets
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fill positions quickly
Support recruiting efforts by sourcing and engaging candidates (approximately 10–20% of your role)
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive accountability
Manage daily recruiting operations and hiring workflows
Track hiring metrics and ensure recruiting goals are consistently achieved
Improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas that increase hiring success
Serve as a hands-on leader who jumps in wherever needed to support the team
What We're Looking For
Experience in high-volume recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition
Previous leadership experience as a Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or Team Lead
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when hiring demands require
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in home improvement, field marketing, sales recruiting, or similar industries is a plus
