
Senior Product Manager, Growth

We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to join the Experiences Product Management team and drive the growth of our products. As a Senior Growth Product Manager, your main goal will be to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive revenue for Human Interest. This role will focus on growth across two key audiences, first, our product-led customer acquisition of small businesses, and second the participants saving for retirement with our digital 401(k) product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and marketing to develop and execute growth strategies that influence our top company metrics reported to our executive team.

Own revenue and digital sales conversion goals from our product-led funnel
Set and own aggressive product usage goals that result in more 401(k) participants on our platform saving for retirement
Build proof-of-concept product features that drive revenue and customer satisfaction with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement A/B tests, experiments, and new features that will drive growth for their respective product surfaces
Own our experimentation platform across marketing and product teams
Own and champion the use of our customer data platform within the marketing, CS, and product and engineering organizations
Own and optimize our communications platform used to reach 401(k) plan sponsors and participants alike
Write clear requirements documents, and unblock engineering teams to deliver high-quality work on time
What you bring to the role
5+ years experience as a product manager, ideally in SaaS or FinTech
Experience working in functions adjacent to Growth PM such as Marketing, Engineering or Data a plus
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Segment, Amplitude, Snowflake, and Tableau
Understanding of digital customer acquisition channels like SEO, paid search, or affiliate and the ability to partner with subject-matter-experts in those domains
Experience working in lifecycle marketing tools like Braze, Hubspot, or Customer.io
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving projects from ideation to launch.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Strong understanding of user behavior and psychology. Some UX research experience is a plus

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans from a minimum of $165,000 in our lowest geographic region to a maximum of $200,000 in our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonus, commission, and equity may be offered.
