The Main Event: What you'll do

We’re hiring a Data Analytics Lead to manage our analytics function and shape how Huspy uses data to drive decisions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and growth—supporting key company bets across business units and countries.

You’ll work closely with C-level, product, and tech leadership to establish a top-tier data function, scale the analytics team, and build the infrastructure, reporting, and processes that power Huspy’s next phase of growth.

• Partner with C-level and business/product leads to shape strategy through data

• Develop the infrastructure, tools, and reporting frameworks to enable company-wide data access and transparency

• Support business expansion and product initiatives with actionable insights, modeling, and forecasting

• Establish and maintain KPIs across business units to track performance and identify opportunities

• Enable self-serve analytics and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams

The Perfect Match: What you bring

• 6–8 years of experience in data analytics, with 1–2 years leading people

• Proven experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments (tech, marketplaces preferred)

• Strong technical capabilities

• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams

• Experience building data processes and reporting infrastructure from scratch

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect data with business value
