Join Trialbee as a Data Engineer – Build insights that power smarter clinical trials! 

At Trialbee, we’re transforming how patients connect with clinical research through cutting-edge technology and a human-first approach. As a Data Engineer, you’ll guide us, design, build and manage the pipelines and analytics infrastructure that help us understand and improve or business and user experience, based on information hidden in data.

Your work will bring operational intelligence in front of decision makers to enable the world’s leading pharma companies connect with patients.

What you will do: 

  • Build scalable, reliable data pipelines using Airflow, Kafka or similar

  • Design data lakes and warehouses with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

  • Transform data with dbt, ingest with Fivetran or Airbyte, and serve analytics for BI dashboards

  • Power real-time insights into user behavior, conversion funnels, and platform telemetry

  • Implement robust data quality, security, and governance aligned with GDPR and ISO 27001

  • Work with teams across product and business to define KPIs and deliver meaningful, actionable information

  • Maintain a clear boundary between operational analytics and clinical data

Who we are looking for: 

You’re data-driven (literally and figuratively), and comfortable working across modern tools:

  • Strong in SQL, Python, and cloud-native data platforms (AWS, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)

  • Experience with Airflow, Kafka, or dbt

  • Understanding of data lakehouse architectures (Delta Lake, Iceberg)

  • Skilled with data modeling, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and data quality monitoring

  • Knowledge of privacy and compliance in healthcare (GDPR, ISO 27001)

  • Education: Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred in a quantitative field

  • Bonus: statistical modeling, A/B testing, data privacy frameworks
