
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
HyLogic is a boutique consulting firm specializing in supply chain transformation for Fortune 500 companies. We bring deep technical depth to complex enterprise challenges—without the bureaucracy.
As we continue to grow our US presence, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help build our marketing, sales operations, and leadership support capabilities.
What You'll Do
Create polished, executive-ready presentations and client materials
Manage and grow HyLogic’s LinkedIn presence and support digital marketing initiatives
Develop visual content and marketing collateral
Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, and client workshops
Provide high-level support to leadership—anticipating needs, managing priorities
Help build our sales operations infrastructure as we scale
Who You Are
You're exceptionally organized and reliable—the person who never drops a ball. You're comfortable with executives and can represent HyLogic professionally in any room. You have a strong eye for visuals and can produce clean, compelling slides and content. You're digitally savvy, especially on LinkedIn. And you're genuinely excited about building something, not just maintaining it.
Requirements
2-5 years in marketing coordination, executive support, or a similar hybrid role
Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experience managing events or multi-stakeholder projects
Excellent communication skills
Ability to understand complex IT solutions, and technical concepts and translate them into clear, compelling business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
