Full-Time Freelance Video Creator | VSLs for E-Commerce

We're looking for a full-time freelance Video Creator to produce high-converting VSLs and animation-style videos for our e-commerce funnels.

This isn't a traditional editing gig. We need a performance-minded storyteller who can turn scripts into sales assets using the right mix of visuals, pacing, and emotional logic.

We provide all necessary software for work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit VSLs (3+ minutes) based on provided scripts

• Source visual content from stock platforms, YouTube, UGC, TikTok, and similar sources

• Create dynamic animations, text callouts, and transitions that drive engagement

• Collaborate with copywriters and funnel strategists to align message and visuals

• Analyze winning ads and bring fresh ideas to improve performance

• Deliver projects within 24 hours of assignment

• Send daily EOD updates on progress

Requirements

• Proven experience editing VSLs or long-form performance videos (health, wellness, or beauty preferred)

• Strong ability to source visuals independently

• Solid understanding of direct response structure: Hook → Problem → Agitation → Solution → CTA

• Full-time availability (5 days/week) with daily check-ins

• Ability to deliver within 24-hour turnaround times

• Deadline-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication skills and accountability

Compensation

based on their experience and skill level

This Role Is NOT For You If:

• You only edit short, flashy TikToks—we need VSLs that sell

• You expect all assets handed to you—you must source content

• You can't commit to full-time availability, daily updates, or 24h delivery
