Shopify Funnel Builder / Localisation Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Shopify Funnel Builder to join our international e-commerce team full-time.

Your mission: build, localise, and optimise high-converting Shopify product funnels across multiple markets.

This isn’t a simple VA or data-entry role — you’ll take full ownership of the entire funnel journey, from product listing to checkout optimisation, ensuring every detail performs flawlessly.

💡 Full SOPs and training are provided — we hire for character and DNA, not perfect resumes.

You’ll be expected to think critically, question unclear instructions, and take pride in delivering flawless, performance-ready funnels end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, duplicate, and optimise Shopify funnels following our templates and SOPs

• Localise funnels for new countries using translation tools and AI prompts (ChatGPT, DeepL, etc.)

• Manage product listings, pricing, and copy inside Shopify

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align funnel visuals and messaging

• Conduct QA checks to ensure accuracy across the full funnel flow (landing → checkout → upsell → thank-you)

• Perform light product research to refine offers and upsells

• Maintain clear documentation for each funnel built

• Suggest and test conversion improvements (CRO mindset)

• Proactively identify and fix issues — don’t wait for instructions

Requirements

✅ 1–2 years of e-commerce or Shopify experience (Funnelish or other page builders a plus)

✅ Understanding of sales-funnel structure and customer-journey logic

✅ Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude) for writing or translations

✅ Excellent written English and communication skills

✅ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency

✅ Reliable, self-organised, and proactive problem-solver

✅ Stable internet connection and ability to work full-time remotely

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing or conversion-rate optimisation tools

• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma)

• Familiarity with Shopify Plus or multi-store setups

• Basic knowledge of email/SMS automations
