CPG Brand Graphic Designer

About the Role

InBeat is hiring a CPG Brand Graphic Designer to create bold, high-impact visuals for a major new CPG energy brand, backed by one of the world’s largest corporations. You will be fully dedicated to this flagship client, working closely with the Senior Social Media Content Strategist, Video Editor, Motion Designer, and the broader creative studio team.

Your role is to translate brand strategy into visual assets that resonate with consumers: from social media graphics to email/SMS templates, packaging extensions, and digital campaign materials. This is an opportunity to shape the look and feel of a new consumer brand across every channel from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce social-first graphic assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

  • Create digital assets for email campaigns, SMS templates, and loyalty programs.

  • Adapt creative concepts into brand-consistent graphics across multiple formats and sizes.

  • Collaborate with the motion designer and video editor to ensure visual cohesion across static and dynamic content.

  • Support packaging design and adaptations as needed for digital campaigns.

  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity and design system.

  • Deliver high-quality work on tight timelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with consumer/CPG or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media design and consumer brand work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or similar tools.

  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

  • Ability to adapt designs into bilingual formats (English & French).

  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills in a collaborative team setting.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience designing for Shopify Plus storefront assets (banners, product images, landing pages).

  • Familiarity with motion design basics (so you can collaborate fluidly with animators).

  • Knowledge of email/SMS design best practices in Klaviyo or similar platforms.
