
Senior Talent Acquisition
About the opportunity:
You will be joining the Talent Acquisition team, working on all recruitment demands for the technology and business areas, contributing to the sustainable growth of our operation. In addition, you will work on strategic Employer Branding projects and assist the team in a crucial moment of immersion in the culture, onboarding.
Day to day of the position:
Work with end-to-end recruitment of positions, the main ones being focused on the technology area;
Carry out a survey of needs and align vacancies with leaders;
Work with the team proposing improvements and changes in selection processes and internal processes;
Act in the Onboarding of new employees;
Participate in Employer Branding projects;
Job requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Psychology, Administration, Technology courses or similar;
Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment of technology positions;
Skills in project management;
Advanced English, given that we assess English in our selection processes and we have managers outside Brazil.
