Full Stack Engineer, Solutions

In this role, you will prototype and build applications that run on top of our integration platform and SDK and implement complex real-world integration use cases. This will help our customers add high-quality integrations to their products and help us improve the platform, API, and SDKs.

If you enjoy building various prototypes (with the help of AI), effectively transforming requirements into shipped code, and helping people solve complex problems in a simple way - this role is for you. 

Responsibilities

• Understand integration use cases our customers and prospects want to build and build high-quality apps that implement those use cases.

• Help others understand your solutions and code by documenting them, creating demos, etc.

• Collect patterns and populate our library of pre-built integration solutions. 

• Provide feedback to the Platform team that helps improve the platform, API, and SDKs.

• (optional) Improve product documentation and other customer-facing artifacts.

• (optional) Implement changes in the product and SDK to make the customer experience better.

• (optional) Help customers solve their specific problems with integrations.

   

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of front-end (react) and backend (node.js) development.

• Experience working with SaaS APIs and building integrations, with or without using tools.

• Ability and desire to work autonomously - there will be no manager to tell you what to do every day.

Great to have

• Understanding of business SaaS space (CRMs, task management, accounting, HR tools).

• Experience with integrations platforms.
