Insights Manager

About the Role

Jump is transforming how financial advisors leverage AI, and we have a wealth of insights from the thousands of advisors on our platform. As a key member of Jump’s growing marketing team, you will turn our unique data into compelling stories, reports, and content that educate, engage, and establish Jump as the thought leader in the industry. Your work will help shape key narratives, drive brand awareness, and provide financial advisors with valuable, data-backed perspectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate key insights: Analyze platform data, user behavior, and industry trends to uncover meaningful takeaways for financial advisors.

  • Create thought leadership content: Develop research reports, whitepapers, blog posts, and presentations that highlight key industry trends and insights from Jump’s platform.

  • Shape strategic narratives: Translate data into compelling stories that resonate with financial advisors, the media, and industry influencers.

  • Share insights publicly: Present findings via webinars, podcasts, industry events, newsletters, and social media to establish Jump as a trusted voice in the industry.

  • Support marketing and sales: Provide insights that fuel marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and external communications.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure insights are leveraged across multiple channels.

  • Establish Jump as a category leader: Help position Jump as the go-to source for AI-driven insights in wealth management.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience in research, content marketing, journalism, or data storytelling within SaaS, fintech, or financial services.

  • You’re comfortable working with large datasets and distilling key trends (experience with data visualization tools is a plus).

  • You enjoy working cross-functionally and can align insights with business and marketing goals.

  • You’re passionate about building thought leadership in a fast-growing AI software company.

  • You thrive in early-stage tech environments, embracing the challenges and opportunities of scaling quickly.

  • You are proactive and self-driven, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and ask the right questions to guide decisions.

  • You are excited about leveraging data and AI to help financial advisors optimize their workflows, and you want to share these insights with a broader audience.

  • You’re a data-oriented storyteller, capable of turning complex insights into actionable, easy-to-understand narratives.

  • You have a knack for engaging public speaking, whether sharing findings via webinars, conferences, or other platforms.

  • Your writing and communication skills are top-notch, with a focus on crafting high-impact reports, articles, and presentations.

  • You have experience with high-velocity content creation and distribution across multiple channels.

  • Preferred: You have experience working directly with financial advisors or have marketed to RIAs, Broker-Dealers, or fintech audiences.

Compensation

  • Salary: $130-$160k (depending on experience)

  • Workday must overlap by at least 3 hours with Portland, OR, USA

  • Must be a resident of United States
