Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Generalist to join our team and take charge of multiple marketing initiatives across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a diverse marketing background to apply their skills in a fast-paced environment. From digital campaigns to event management, you’ll have a hand in shaping and executing marketing strategies that promote our services, enhance our brand, and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop and execute content strategies across various platforms, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) to support marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Oversee content calendar, ensuring that marketing activities are aligned with business goals and seasonality.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns:
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Optimize website performance through content updates, SEO best practices, and regular A/B testing.
Analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Brand & Market Positioning:
Assist in managing the company’s brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials reflect the company’s core values and positioning.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and develop promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Event Planning & Promotions:
Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, such as trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Manage the logistics and promotion of corporate events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, HR) to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including social media engagement, web traffic, and campaign results, and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a broad understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies across various channels.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing software).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and/or video production is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
