Reporting To: Director of Digital Marketing
Location: Remote , CA (California Only)
Classification: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt (25 hours a week)

As a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator at JumpstartMD, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic marketing team in the creation, development, and execution of various marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a team player who excels in building strong relationships, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
✍️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Marketing
Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Plan, schedule, and maintain a robust social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Grow JumpstartMD's audience and improve engagement by identifying opportunities on both new and existing platforms.
Utilize analytical tools to monitor performance, generate monthly and quarterly reports, and implement strategies for improvement.
Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistent voice across all social media channels.
Engage with followers by promptly responding to comments, messages, and updating stories in real-time.
Stay informed on industry trends to keep our social media strategy current and effective.
Assist in developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy.
Online Reputation Management
Oversee and manage our online reputation across all review and reputation sites, ensuring accurate profile information and responding to reviews and comments in a timely, positive manner.
Support the reputation management program across all locations to enhance our online presence and increase the number of positive reviews.
Monitor brand mentions across social media, news outlets, and blogs, and report insights to management through detailed monthly and quarterly reports.
Marketing Support
Track and monitor inbound leads, ensuring accurate data capture and proper lead source attribution.
Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall marketing function.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on JumpstartMD’s marketing efforts while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
🥼 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Strong passion for social media with a deep understanding of major platforms and social media management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in B2C social media marketing or content development, with a background in healthcare or luxury brands being a plus.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and/or online design platforms like Canva.
Excellent social listening skills to monitor and engage with online communities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
