Senior System Administrator

We are inviting you, a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior System Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop internal infrastructure

• Evaluate system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum efficiency, security, and uptime

• Administer and support virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Proxmox) and storage solutions

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and wireless controllers

• Implement and maintain system security measures, including access controls, patch management, and backups

• Improve automation and streamline system administration workflows using scripting and configuration management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and evaluate new technologies to enhance system performance

Requirements

• 4+ years in Linux/Unix system administration

• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Proxmox)

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, routing, switching)

• Experience with MDM solutions for Windows and MacOS

• Skilled in monitoring, logging, and backup/recovery solutions

• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) 

• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible or similar) 

• Familiarity with Docker

Will be a plus

• Experience with Windows server administration (Active Directory, Terminal Services, GPO)

• Practical experience with high-availability and clustering services

• Atlassian product administration skills

• Ability to configure Jira for business processes (HR onboarding/offboarding, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
